- Download the plugin .zip file.
- Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress admin dashboard.

- Click Install Now and then Activate.
- The plugin works out of the box. Go to your store frontend, add a product to the cart, and you will see the "Add Note” option below the item name on the Cart page.
