Yes, it saves the number in entries and sends emails with the country code included.

I just needed to add a country code to my WPForm’s phone field. So I was searching for plugins as I did not have enough time for a custom solution. Then I found this simple yet very useful plugin which is also compatible with other Contact Form plugins.
