with water level in Germany, so the following instructions

Die Datei pegelonline.php in den wp-content/plugins Ordner ihrer WordPress-Installation
entpacken. Danach das Plugin aktivieren. Im Menü Einstellungen
 können nun Parameter
für das PegelOnline-Plugin eingegeben werden.
