This plugin allows you to display the number of MailChimp subscribers you have, anywhere on your WordPress site.

Upload the plugin zip file to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or search in WordPress for "MailChimp Subscriber Chiclet”
Activate the plugin.
Go to Settings > MailChimp Subscriber Chiclet and set your MailChimp API key, then copy/paste a shortcode from there to anywhere (Pages, Posts, Text Widget) in your site!

Do I need a Pro MailChimp account?: No – any level MailChimp account should work.
How do I get my MailChimp API Key to use in the "Settings” panel?: Go here and login: https://admin.mailchimp.com/account/api-key-popup … BAM!
What colors are available for the Chiclet?: Blue, red, yellow, and black are available when you generate the shortcode. More colors are coming soon with the Pro version of this plugin.
How do I add the Chiclet programmatically?: To add the plugin to your theme (like the footer.php file), use the do_shortcode method of WordPress. See the screenshots for details.

I have several times made attempts to get help in the support forum without any answers. I installed the plugin and the install went smooth, until I looking in the plugin directory where it stated that it was not activated. Well I did that already during install. Tried clicking the ‘activate’ in the plugins directory on dash, no luck. I really want to try this plugin, but for some reason its just not working. I have tried to contact then owner /producer, but no luck there either. Not sure why this is happening. I give this plugin a 1 mainly because the support is basically not there. Frustrating. Other plugins have responses hours after question is asked.

Needs a built-in "no style” option. But other than that, it works great! Now that mailchimp killed off their script that let you pull this directly, this is a nice and easy substitute.

Why is it not styled with CSS? The plugin use a background PNG image with a huge (!) font, seriously? No settings available, to adapt it to the own blog style – bad! (http://screencloud.net/v/7HML)
