 1. Upload the entire `email-verify` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Go to Settings => Email Verification

For anyone wondering… Just tested this on a site I have and it didn’t prevent a 
credit card authorization with a completely made up email address.

Works well. Please change line 45 in settings.php to White listed Domains and line
52 to White listed Email Addresses (they are switched).
